Miss Bea - Red Class Teacher

 

Hello!

I’m Miss Bea, and I’m really excited to be teaching Year 2 this year. I studied Physical and Sport Education at university before becoming a teacher, and I love bringing energy, creativity and fun into the classroom.

At home, I have a wonderful dog called Ted, who I’m sure the children will hear lots about! I also enjoy surfing, and I’m a black belt in karate.

 

One of my favourite things about teaching is showing children that learning can come in many different forms. Whether that’s through sport, creativity, or even looking after living things.

 

In our classroom, we also have some very special pets: Giant African Land Snails! The children will be helping to care for them, and they’re a great way to learn about responsibility, nature and curiosity.

 

I can’t wait to spend the year with Year 2, learning, growing and sharing lots of new adventures together.
