Welcome to B5

Hello everyone! I’m Miss Charles, and I am so excited to be the teacher of B5.

This is my second year teaching at Bushey Federation, and I feel very lucky to have a job where I get to learn something new every day alongside my class. I believe that children learn best when they are happy, curious and actively involved in their learning, so I love creating lessons that are exciting, interactive and give everyone the opportunity to get involved.

I want B5 to be a classroom where children feel confident to ask questions, share their ideas and challenge themselves. I am passionate about helping children become independent learners who believe in themselves and are proud of the progress they make.

I especially enjoy finding creative ways to bring learning to life, whether that is through practical activities, discussions, games, teamwork or getting outside the classroom!

I am really looking forward to an amazing year in B5, filled with learning, laughter, challenges and lots of exciting experiences. I can't wait to see what we can achieve together!
