Reading

Children need to read to an adult at least five times a week and have it recorded in their Reading Record. Any comments about reading, understanding, new words etc. are welcomed. Please record when your child has finished reading their book and completed the online quiz (not all books have an online quiz. Please let us know if there was not one available).

If children read independently at home, they can still record it in their Reading Record. Reading Records are checked daily and 'Check-up Day' is on Thursday. Pupils achieving a minimum of five signed reads, will be awarded House Points.
